Welcome to Cake Shotts!

We are a small bakery located in Dayton, Pennsylvania, specializing in custom wedding and 3D cakes for all occasions! We also offer cupcakes, cookies, gobs, cinnamon rolls, cake decorating classes and much more.

Cake Shotts began in 2008 when I started teaching cake classes at Michael’s Arts and Crafts store in Indiana. By teaching all the time it also improved my skills. Maybe a little bit backwards but it worked for me. By March 2010 I decided to take the leap and get my home kitchen inspected. Cake orders quickly took off and I added an addition to my house that we called the cake room. I made cakes out of my house until May 2014 when I moved my business to a small house closer to Smicksburg. We quickly outgrew that shop. In February of 2020 my business moved to the intersection of route 85 and 839 in the Rural Valley Area. Here we not only take orders but have a small storefront where you can walk in and purchase baked goods, drinks, and cake decorating supplies.

We also have snacks, drinks, and later this fall we will have baking and decorating supplies for purchase.
